Submit an online enquiry for the appropriate centre through our contact form, and we will be in touch to book a swimming assessment.
Each swimmer will be asked a few questions and then head into the pool, so an assessor may view their technique and skills.
We will then discuss availability and reach out to you in coming days regarding swim lessons that may be offered.
We run a very efficient ‘wait-list’ for prospective swimmers. Much of the waitlist is swimmers looking to change days, due to other co-curricular activities, and not new swimmers looking for lessons.
Once you are an EverSwim Swimmer, we try to assist as much as possible when co-curricular activities clash – we have all been there!!
If you have broad availability, you will typically receive an offer of lessons within 1-2 months. We find it is more challenging when a specific day/time/teacher is requested.
At your first lesson, please head to reception to gather any information you may need and receive directions around the centre and to the lesson. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early, so you can be ready to start at the specified time.
A swimmer must check in for every lesson and this may be done by
- Visiting reception on your way into the centre (all locations)
- Scanning the Swimmers ID within the App, on your way into the centre (Port Macquarie only).
Our lessons run all year round except for public holidays and a short break over Christmas. This helps swimmers maintain skill levels throughout the year and improve much faster.
Through our Swim Portal App, you can mark a Swimmer away, and with at least two hours’ notice you will receive a makeup swimming lesson.
Through our Swim Portal App, you can view and book makeup lessons available over the next two weeks.
Makeup lessons are available to be used for 90 days from the date of acquisition. Makeup lessons expire if you end enrolment.
Makeup lessons are not able to be used if there are fees outstanding on an account.
Through our Swim Portal App, you can track Swimmer Level, Skills required to progress, and Skills achieved.
Enrolment is for a two-month block (approximately 8 weeks). At the end of each block, we auto-enrol you in the next block. If you wish to leave lessons, it will be at the end of a block and with two weeks’ notice.
Our state-of-the-art Ozone System keeps the water consistently between 31 – 32 degrees Celsius. Water is tested and automatically dosed every 15 minutes keeping it soft, clean and clear for enjoyable swimming.
Lessons may be paid through our online portal, or cash / card at reception.
We believe in teaching correct technique with swimming strokes, over a shorter distance, to perfect technique.
We continue short distance lessons until a child can perform each drill with efficient technique and a strong kicking action. Short distance lessons are also more effective for our instructors to be able to correct children’s technique.
